9th June 2008 (Mon) - Launching of AIA Bhd and Product Preview
for Whole Malaysia Agencies at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club Paddock - 6.30 - 10.30 pm.
Attended by 2000 agents. There were the product preview session for Dana Bon and Elite Legacy Income (ELI). There were lucky draws for 5 MU Jerseys, 2 ticket to Xiamen and 1 ticket to Hokkaido. Launching of next Summit Convention destination Zurich, Switzerland

6th - 8th June 2008 (Fri - Sun) -Leaders Mid Year Planning Session in Hanoi
Qualified for ground arrangement for Hanoi Planning session but decided that there were too many activities for agencies. Therefore did not go to Hanoi

4th June 2008 (Wed) - Managers Meeting at Auditorium, Menara AIA
Sharing by Ann Ju Kee of KN Zest on her best practice to become a Million Dollar Agency in 2007. Followed by Big Wednesday for Agents session in the nite from 18.30 to 19.30 pm.

2nd June 2008 (Mon) - Lauching of AIA Bhd and New AIA logo
9.00 - 10.00 am the unveiling of AIA Bhd and new AIA logo in Level 2 of Menara Aia follow by the evening from 15.30 - 17.30 pm for all Employees and Agents to join in the celebration and Food feista.

24th May 2008 (Sat) - AIA Luseb "We Are AIA" Seminar
held in One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya from 8.00 - 6.00 pm
This event was jointly organized by Luseb with sponsorship from AIA Co. Ltd. I being nominated to be the Organizing Chairman and the committees include James Peris, Jeremy Hew, Yan Heng Hua, Felicia Yap, Jason Soh, Loretta Chin, Tang Huai Han, Cheryl Lim, Jaclyn Soo and Peggy Hew. Raised Rm 50,000 donation for Si Chuan Earthquake Victim Fund and will be donated to Red Cross China. Features Speakers were Marcus Wong from Hong Kong, Christina Khoo from Singapore, Wong Jin Hun for KL and Janice Yap from Penang.

23rd May 2008 (Fri) - Luseb Malaysia AGM
Wrote an apology letter to Mr. Manmohan for not being able to attend the AGM. Received calls and SMS congratulating me for being nominated the Secretary General. Decide to give it a deep thought after the seminar tomorrow. Subsequently on Monday inform Incoming President Major Leow and the outgoing Secretary General Mr. Manmohan through SMS about my decision to step down from office.

14th May 2008 (Wed) - Big Wednesday invitation for Janice Yap PN YBL
Invited Janice Yap to come to Kuala Lumpur for her platform session for "We Are Aia" Seminar on 24th May 2008. Her first time sharing and she is a very steady girl who can present. Very sure if given right amount of training she will shine like a star. It was a day trip for her with Yan and Soo Tie picking her up from airport and Jacky and myself sent her to airport after the session.

6 & 7th My 2008 (Tue & Wed) - Invitation To Share with AIA Penang
Drove down to Penang at 9.00 am and reach Penang in time for lunch with Mandy for Hong Kong and Yong Lai Yin. After lunch proceed to Wisma Leader for afternoon talk with leaders and at nite Wong Jin Hun shared with agents on his selling experiences. Stayed in Dorsett Penang and drove back the next day after breakfast with Yap Boon Lee and shared in his agency.

2nd May 2008 (Fri) - Invitation to Share with AIA Kuantan
Drove down to Kuantan on lst May 2008 (Labour Day) for preparation of Wong Jin Hun's talk before the We Are AIA Seminar. Had seafood dinner in Tanjung Restaurant and next day did a session for Managers in the afternoon and Jin Hun did the session for agents at nite. Drove back to KL and reached about 2 am.

25th Apr 2008 (Fri) - Investment Seminar and dinner by LPC Department
Attended the day seminar conducted by New York employee and Eric from Hong Kong. In the nite help to prepare for the after dinner show. Finished at about 11.00 pm

14th Apr 2008 (Mon) - Invitation to Share in AIA Malacca
Drove down for a day trip to Malacca with Wong Jin Hun for his first exposure to speak to a crowd of approximately 100 participants. Afternoon shared with Agency Leaders and evening shared with agents session in City BayView Hotel. Have Fried Oysters in Jalan Bunga Raya before heading back for Kuala Lumpur

2nd Apr 2008 (Wed) - Agency Luncheon with Personal Lines Department
An agency luncheon was held in Hakka Restaurant for the challenge with Personal Lines department.

26th Mar 2006 (Wed) - First Walk Thru Meeting with One World Hotel
Brought the whole committees for We Are Aia seminar for a luncheon in One World Hotel, followed by the Walk Thru Meeting with Sharon of One World Hotel.

5th Jan 2008 (Sat) - PAL 2nd Annual Meeting at AIG Penthouse Wisma AIG
This year annual planning was held with the Theme "Changing Lives" with KL Pacesetters and KL Lifeline agents together. Redgu Lopez was invited to share his experience as a Court of Table qualifier for 2007. Overall a very good planning session.
